At the Johnson County Art Guild's monthly meeting, the members are invited to bring a painting,
the membership then votes for their favorite painting.
The winners for the February Mini Show are:
Anne Armstrong, First Place, with her oil painting "Pulling
Little Brother. Anne, a frequent winner, is from Cleburne.
Look for this painting when you visit Studio Two, 511 North
Main Street in Cleburne.
Mary Alice Clark, Second Place, with her oil painting,
"Singing the Blues". This painting may be viewed at Lemon
Sisters Cafe and Bakery, 205 South Main Street in Cleburne.
Ester Sluder, Third Place, with her oil painting, "Safe with
Mama". Ester, lives in Joshua, Texas, and her painting may be
viewed, next to the Johnson County Art Guild's usual art exhibit
at the Plaza Theater, 111 South Main Street in Cleburne.


The Johnson County Art Guild selected three paintings from the 13 paintings exhibited at their
monthly meeting.
The JCAG members are invited to bring a painting to exhibit at their meeting, and the
membership votes for their favorite painting. The winning paintings are exhibited for the
enjoyment of the Johnson County Community.

Mary Alice Clark, First Place, with her 16" x 24" oil painting "Lighthouse Over the Canyon".

Esther Sluder, Second Place, with her 16" x 20" oil painting, "New Mexico Still Life". Esther is
from Joshua, and her painting may be viewed at Lemon Sisters Cafe and Bakery, 205 South

Jennifer Clemons, Third Place, with her 12" x 18" acrylic painting, "All In A Day's Work".
Jennifer's painting may be viewed, next to the Johnson County Art Guild's usual art exhibit at
the Plaza Theater, 111 South Main Street in Cleburne.
